Quality

At Two Talk LPS, it is important to us that everything we do meets our clients’ objectives.

When translating and creating technical and marketing documents, we submit an initial questionnaire to our clients to gather the necessary information to start the project. We examine our information or documents for completeness and look for any ambiguous text or instructions. If any issues or problems were to be identified, a list of questions would be compiled and submitted to the client company in the form of a request for information (RFI). While awaiting a response on specific issues, the rest of the project would continue on our end.

For all training services we follow a quality process of information gathering, objectives identification, measurement methodology definition, administering of pre- and post-tests, and following-up to gather feedback from participants and the company administrative contact. Through this process we hope to ensure that the training services will meet the client's needs.
